Jaya Suites Hotel

We spent four nights at the Jaya Suites Hotel in Phnom Penh, and for the most part the experience was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

On our last night, we checked out at 1 a.m. with a taxi waiting to take us to a sleeper bus to Siem Reap. The front desk had someone inspect the room and claimed we had consumed two bottles of water and two cans of Sprite from the minibar. To be clear, we did not touch the Sprite, and the only water we drank was clearly labeled as complimentary. Because our taxi was waiting, I paid the USD $10.35 charge rather than argue.

Jaya Suites is a hidden gem. The rooms are quiet and spacious, with lovely amenities. Room service was excellent, and the concierge went above and beyond. A perfect blend of comfort and service.

Calm, quiet atmosphere

Missed out on pre paid breakfast due to early start. Asked for a 'carry out' continental but they couldn't accommodate. Shame really

Staff was amazing. Great bed.

Bad smell from the drain. They had a oil vaporizer for the smell but anytime we left the room we would come back to the bad smell.

Very comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pleasant time in Phnom Penh thanks to this hotel!

Wonderful hotel manager upgraded us to a suite room which was superb. Lovely big living room with a nice bedroom attached. It made our stay really pleasant. All staff were of very high standard and so helpful.

Staff were exceptional from the room cleaner to the General Manager.Rooftop pool was very refreshing and clean and fresh with new towels awaiting.I will return but this time with a guest so we can really enjoy the facilities I missed. Excellent Brazilian steak restaurant next door, $30 all you can eat with top quality meats/shellfish and oysters

The Jaya Suite hotel very nice hotel to booking for stay next time, the location the best, central in the city, near popular place like Sunshine family park, Eaon Mal2..A lots of Restaurants popular food, beautiful city view, the hotel have big parking, have security 24 hour, frontdeskt service 24 hour, staff friendly, have beautiful restaurants with lovely food with amazing skybar pool too fresh at evening time.The room set up very nice ☺️ and clean with big bathroom.

The rooms were professionally styled and finished beautifully with modern appliances like smart tv, Bluetooth bedside clock, and recent model air-conditioning wall mounts. Staff were very friendly, professional and responded quickly to any requests. Well styled Roof top pool with lots of seating, a bar and great views of the city.The restaurant was spacious and comfortable with very friendly and professional staff. My Cambodian partner and i both enjoyed the breakfast spread says quite a lot. Great experience the whole way for a very reasonable price.I would recommend to anyone. Fancy and affordable.

Beautiful hotel in a great somewhat quite location. Walking distance to the things i need. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to rest and relax. Everywhere we wanted to go was all within short distance. I loved the rooftop pool. The view was superb and I loved it.
